Should be ToGC + Ruby Sanctum w/ Buffs

P3 should be ToGC + Ruby Sanctum with all content buffed.

HP Pools & Boss DMG needs to be buffed to compensate for the increased Ulduar ilvl buffs.

Release Ruby Sanctum with decreased ilvl. This will give raiders something extra to do as ToGC is a joke.

Also, never nerf Ulduar HM content. Instead have 25m HM drop 2 pieces of HM loot and 10m HM drop 1 piece from the 10m HM loot table and 1 piece from 25m HM loot table.

Increase the Fragment drop % from 25m HM.

Ah yes because buffing naxxramas did so much didnt it? Whats the point? The raid will be easy regardless of buffs or not all you do is waste peoples time even more with that 1hour max raid.
