If this were true, warriors would have had glad stance for the last 10 years or so.
That’s something they used to have that was taken away, yes? That’s apples and oranges then. We’re talking about a vanilla class, not one that’s been reworked dozens of times in search or balance.
Claiming the forums drive design change or that the ‘community’ gets to pick and choose design elements is apples to apples.
You’re wrong, several people have made you look like a stubborn, ignorant, bitter fool and you continue to die on this hill despite having zero data proving that our range is a problem.
Time to take your own advice, my guy.
That’s some grade A gaslighting, but you do you.
No. Warriors were not made with Glad stance. If was added for a patch and then taken away. So not apples to oranges.
Huh?
Not worth arguing with the guy. Hes ome who thinks that pressing Lust doesnt give a dps boost because the ability doesnt deal damage itself upon activating it
Sure, that’s definitely what I’m saying. Lust and hover, same thing.
For those who are bad at this, that was sarcasm.
If only you understood evoker like you understand sarcasm, eh?
This is really the tl;dr of it all. He’s struggling on the spec, got benched from raid because of it apparently, and is flailing to find any reason (besides his own play) that he’s in this spot. Range is the only thing he can land on, but I’d be willing to bet he was somewhere on these forums blaming the lego for it last tier.
Not really that surprised. Reading over the last 50 responses since i last responded in here, him not understanding that uptime is factored into things and that such things affect class/spec development would affirm that.
“Both would do the same damage after the one whos out of range takes 2 globals to move into range to start dps’ing again”
“Why am i not doing as much damage as everyone else guys!?!?!”
It’s like you’re watching over my shoulder as I play! How can you know so much? Are you psychic? Or a spy?!
At any rate the real tdlr is I’m saying the same things a great many other posters have said and that’s why all these nasty comments that are just denying reality are just a joke keeping me awake as I train for my new job.
Have a good one.
The “reality” is that the class design is fine, the spec has been performing well every tier, and despite claiming that encounter design makes the range difficult for you, you can’t provide any examples of that.
The “reality” is simply that struggling players think range will fix their problems, when getting better at evoker is actually the fix to their problems.
No, you’re not. Many people simply don’t like the range but have admitted that encounter design so far has been totally fine. You have claimed that it isn’t and then declined to elaborate on several occasions when asked.
Many people are ALSO aware that we would have to lose mobility to get range because they understand how the game works. You are saying that not only should a class that’s performing well get an arbitrary range buff–you think that if they got it they would also need an extra charge of hover, lol.
So no, you aren’t saying what many others are saying. You’re ill-informed as to how the game works in terms of design and tuning, you’re not performing well on the class, and you steadfastly refuse to believe that YOU are the reason.
Most others simply just admit they don’t like the feel of the range and understand that concessions would need to be made to get extended range. You, however, continue to spew absolute nonsense and then double and triple down on it. .
Don’t take reasonable people down with you.
There’s zero chance you can resist the urge to lean into your terrible arguments more, but here’s hoping.
tradechat level bait.
And you were still simple enough to fall for his comment and post yet again. You’ll have to respond to this one, too.
You’re not my niece, you can’t tell me what to do!
Is she the one playing when you grey parse?
lol no way, she’s way better at gaming than me.
Yeah, we know.
Damn near spit out my drink!
