Shop issue?

Is there an issue with the shop right now? can’t seem to buy anything, deleted my card info and went to re-upload my car deets and it says the exact same error.

can’t even add credit card to the wallet.

What is the error you are seeing?

Is this via the web store or via the In-Game Shop.

If through via the In-Game Shop, try with a full User Interface Reset.

If via the Web Store, try with a different web browser, or even try incognito mode, and make sure any VPN’s would be disabled. Also make sure you have the correct balance to also include for any possible taxes.

Having the exact same issue. Tried different browsers, clearing cache, trying in game, tried on a different PC, etc etc. Always get:

Whitelabel Error Page

This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

Some details would be appreciated.

I assume this is on the shop website? At what point are you getting the error? Is it by selecting a product? If so, any product or just specific ones?

At checkout? If so, at what part in the process?

Detailed steps:

  • Tried buying a race change from the in game shop. Did not work, received the Whitelabel error message.
  • Went in the battle.net app on my PC to try the same transaction, got the same error.
  • Went on my browser (Firefox 136.0.1) to try the transaction, got the same error message.
  • Removed my current payment method, cleared my cache, changed browser (Edge Version 134.0.3124.83) and tried again
  • Getting the same error message trying to add a new payment method.

I can add the information, but when I click on “pay” it loads and loads then I get the Whitelabel error message

Oddly enough, not exactly related to your problem, I just was unable to use Firefox for a purchase online (not Blizzard). I assume it was my security settings or something maybe? First time for that.

I used Opera and it went through.

Just to be clear, you are getting the option when you are attempting to Pay. That’s after you select the method of payment?

Hmm, unfortunately, I can only go so far with my testing. I can’t do the pay step. I haven’t seen any other reports, but I’ll poke around and see what I can find out.

Do you have a different device as an option?

I was yes, right after selecting the payment method.

Just tried it again in the Bnet app and it worked. I didn’t do anything differently, but it resolved itself I guess. For anyone with the same issue, try again maybe?

Last time I resubbed I couldn’t submit the payment because the option to continue with it was grayed out, but going back to the previous page and then loading back onto the payment screen caused it to show for some reason. Not sure why.
