hello, i’m trying to play something unusual but that is also effective in dungeons and solo content, i’ve been looking for pve shockadin guides but all i find is for pvp, i’m looking for more infos from players who played one or play one, either in the lvling process or at lvl 70, ty an advance
they are ok
you may struggle with mana on not having Divine Illu
did you try it in tbc content?
yes but shockadin IS a pvp spec , or solo farming if you dont want to respect
it lacks regen and some healing on dungeons but not by much
is there a good alternative healer then for the content like priest or druid
Shockadin is a meme spec, it’s not for dungeons or raids since it just goes splat on mana
Really? I thought that was the best build for pvp Holy Paladins? I wouldnt know but I planned on using it in BGs or something
shockadin is very dependent on gear. It doesn’t have good mana efficiency like has been said. It was a stack spell damage and get as close to 1shot people as you could so your mana problems didn’t really surface. In a dungeon your mana problems will be just that a problem
Being an Alchemist helps. Making your own mana pots, and getting bonus mana from trinket, will help with the mana issues.
Not as big a deal in dungeons as long as your Tank is aware that you will need to drink more often than what they are used to.
Will get some grief from spell casters if you start needing on “their” gear, but meh. Just announce at the start what your intentions are and give them the option to leave if they don’t like it.
