I’ve gathered all 50 shards in Bastion. When I speak with Forgelite Hephaestus I don’t get the chat option to make the Mallet. My achievement for Shard Labor doesn’t show completed, but it does show 50/50.

To add onto this, I have gathered all 50 shards as confirmed by a quest completion script I found in a few places on Wowhead. My achievement still shows 49/50, though. I have double checked every single location to be sure I didn’t miss one.

The same thing happened to me, but instead of showing 49/50, it shows 50/50. I even check the scripts to see if it was correct and they all came back true and I even check all the spots, and I missed non of them.
I am having the same issue, 50/50 with no achievement and wont let me progress
To add more onto this, I’ve collected all 50 shards but the achievement shows 49/50, I’ve ran a script to check which one I ‘missed’, identified which shard I ‘missed’ and went to it’s location to find that it wasn’t there… because I had already picked it up. I guess the game registered me collecting the shard, but didn’t register it in my achievements. This happened about 8hrs ago and it hasn’t spawned back.

This has happened to me as well. Submitting a ticket got the default “we can’t fix this” response. I’ve cleared cache, disabled all add-ons, and reset UI to no avail. None of the shards are flagged as missed and I can’t see any of them to click after going back and double checking.
Same happened to me, got 50/50 and no credit. Now it shows 49/50 and no shard is spawned in the world. And the ticket response was just that “Doesn’t have any bugs reported to this achievement, can’t do anything about it”.

This achievment is bugged for me also, me and my buddy did it, he got the achiev and im stuck at 50/50 when i run a script all 50 say true to being collected, i talked to buddy and nothing happens, please help me blizzard!!!
Same for me. Collected all 50 and confirmed but achievement stuck at 49/50.
Love that. Can’t get it fixed because theres no known bug… like you aren’t reporting a bug at the time.

I also have 50/50 shards found but no achievement triggered / no ability to talk to the NPC and get the hammer/next step. Bugged.
I’m the OT on my retail forums account. So it was the achievement tracker that was bugged. I was missing the second shard in Necrotic Wake. Not sure what happened. But I got my achievement today.

I’ve just completed the Shard hunt and I’m not getting credit for the achievement nor its letting me make the hammer. I’m sure the hammer is only accessible once the achievement is reached but since it’s still bug who knows when we will see it fixed
Similar situation for myself I collected all 50 shards and my achievement is only showing that I completed 49/50. I ended up going back to every spot a second time to see if I missed any and that was not the case. Hope they do something about this but since its only a mount I don’t think there will be changes.
Same issue here. 49/50, but I’ve acquired every one. One vanished without giving me credit and I can’t pick it up again since it’s vanished.

Same here with me. I have collected every shard, but achievement says 49/50. I even leveled an alt to 60 and it still won’t appear for me.
I’ve managed to now complete the achievement, even though it was bugged at 50/50 incomplete.
Wowhead comments https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=14339/shard-labor#comments there is a script to run and check if any shards are flagged incomplete, apparently I was missing #31. I Logged an alt and went and picked it up, and now have the achievement. GL all.
