Script shows all 50 as true for my character and alts and the achievement reads 50/50 but still grayed out as incomplete. Still bugged as far as I can tell.
Fun fact - this achievement is shared across your account. Do not do what I tried to do to get around it and level another character. They will not be able to see the shards. This means if it bugged for you, you’re SOL until it is recognized as an official bug and fixed. =(

Mine is showing 49/50 and no shards are available anymore. Running a script shows me what shard is not available but it wont spawn again and I specifically remember looting it. Bummer.
same for me 49/50 with no shards are available anymore and I got a gm response but like always did not help at all
Made another post about this, but basically the same problem others have noted. My gf and I went to get all 50 Shards together, after Shard #50 neither of us could interact with Hephaesius. Double checked (with the script commands found in Wowhead comments for Silverwing Larion that shows True/False for QuestID flag) and we’re both at 49/50, but I’m missing Shard 24 and she’s missing Shard 15. I would have thought if we had missed a Shard it would be the same one as we travelled together for each shard. We both double checked the location for the shard and it wasn’t there to click. GM response told us both they can’t help and to post here on Bug Reports instead.
Same here i was getting shard at top left corner next to the stronger mobs so i used a immune to get away then the shard went away after getting interrupting from clicking on it 3 times. i went back cause im also 49/50 but that shard is no longer there
Same here have all shards found. Achievement is still grey out and can’t progress for hammer. Put in a ticket got we can’t do anything as well.
Chiming in with the same issue, hopefully to give it additional visibility. I ran the script and it showed #29 missing, but I distinctly remember looting it and I have a screenshot showing it no longer spawning. Submitted a ticket but was sent the form response. I just want a larion, qq
Again similar issue its showing 50/50 in achievements but when i run a script it says #31 is missing. I remember collecting it and even took the time to level an alt to 50 so i could go on an alt to get it and its not there for him either. Will not let me make the hammer. WE WANT LARION. +2 to this problem. My two friends and I all did this together at the same time, and yet the results vary between the three of us: I am missing shard 37 and shard 9, friend #1 is missing just shard 37 and friend #2 has had no issues at all and has since completed the process. Fairly odd results considering the circumstance in which it happened. Edit: My friend and I revisited our missing shard locations today (the day after this post was initially made) and the shards were there for us. We’ve managed to complete the achievement and get our mount.
I am missing 3 shards , ran the script, went back to each spot but they aren’t there. Made several reports but got the same answer - we can’t help you. There was evidently a bug fix in December but it didn’t help me.
So some good news…I promptly went to complain to a friend about this and their idea worked as a fix for me for this same issue. I ran the script which showed that I was missing 2 shards. When I went to those 2 shards, they weren’t there. Turns out the script was showing the wrong shards. My friend suggested using HandyNotes as it tracks your progress. Steps to find your missing shards:
- Download Handynotes and Handynotes: Shadowlands.
- In-game type /handynotes
- Go to Plugins then 09 - Shadowlands
- Click Zones, then select Bastion in top right corner
- Under Icon settings, make sure everything is unselected and Shard Labor is selected
HandyNotes will now show blue shards on your world map indicating the shards that bugged out for you and you still need to click. Again, the shards I had to click did not match what the script indicated. Hope this helps!

i find this dumb i collected all but the one in spires its not where its shown in videos and i am unable to complete this i have 49/50 needing the one from spires wtf is going on
