Do devs have a personal vendetta against alliance? All throughout SOD shamans have been amazing in every aspect of the game while paladins continue to be memes. Ret currently needs to use several runes for one ability to even be semi viable and has to use a level 40 blue weapon for the rest of SOD. On top of that they are taking our Sword/Mace skill and giving it to horde.
Even the new raid ST is made incredibly easier with shamans thanks to poison cleansing totem something alliance have nothing to compare to at all. I suppose balancing is not something the devs are interested in.
Seems to me like the only specs under performing are Arcane Mage (living flame nerf, why exactly?) and Frost Mage. Everything else is putting up at least decent numbers.
You know, Alliance would like to use things besides Swords and Maces. I’m sure there’s warriors, rogues, and hunters eager to play with daggers, fist weapons, and axes.
Remember in phase 1 when everyone was mad about Scorpid pets, and hunters were like “Do you not have First Aid?”
The problem is they took away human racials and gave nothing in return, not only do horde have all the weapon skill they have BIS racials and OP shamans, there is literally no reason to play alliance.
So they need a Shaman in every group? Something they already do because every spec for shaman is viable and topping charts? Even tank shaman damage is busted.
Nobody knew anything, this is an experimental version of WoW. Even then blizz could turn weapon skill into crit% or SOMETHING, they just made a racial worthless for one race and gave it to everyone else with nothing in return, THIS is the problem, making a race absolutely useless.
What part do you not understand? One druid would take five casts to clear his party of poison and five gcds and spend much more mana. One shaman needs to press one button and worry about nothing else.
