Okay, so, heres the deal. I have spent hours searching the interwebs, flying around like a elephant through Legion, just so i can find out how to progress through my shamans class hall and get this darn class mount.
I have been on numerous threads, forums, youtube videos, reddit ETC. The lame thing is, Blizzard wont let you put a ticket in about these things anymore. something ive fallen back on time and time again for the past 15 years of playing. GONE! (side rant over)
I have multiple characters with class hall mounts, ive done the acheivments. I’m just stuck forever! I’ve also gone to the lengths of creating another Shaman (which didnt take long to level up as we are getting generous XP buff’s) And he is stuck ASWELL!
I must be missing something COMPLETELY.

At what point are you stuck? Any error messages? Or are you just not able to proceed through the quests?
What are the levels of the affected Shaman? What are their names? Perhaps Blizzard can check on them OR one of your fellow players here can check their quest progress.

#1 Shammy is lvl 80, name is Shamburgerr - Frostmourne. #2 is lvl 58 name is Givemeclass - Frostmourne (lol).
No error messages. I should be getting quests like The Firelord’s Command, as it is next in the line of quests, previously going into Neltharions Lair and finishing that quest.
Hope is waning

GMs have never been able to give out game hints via tickets, which is what you were asking.
Do me a favor and copy paste this code into chat. It’s the quest checker for the one prior.

Alright so you haven’t done that quest.
I’d recommend following the link below. There’s a list of all quests in the chain. You can work your way backwards to see where you need to be. If it says “True” you’ve done it, “false” you have not.

Seems you’ve found the place where you left off for now, but for future, Wowhead has a nifty little tool called the Quest Completion Tracker. You put in your character, server, and select the zone and it’ll tell you what quests and quest lines you haven’t completed for that zone.
I used it when I was going back and doing class halls for long forgotten characters.
