Afaik sub also lost smoke bomb from their spec pvp talents as well which is massive (that was from ptr patch notes 13 days ago, i havent confirmed if its live or not)
P sure we’ll be seeing way more assassination than sub

9.1 launched and Sub Rogues still have Smoke Bomb.
They also have Disarm which is probably gonna vex OP even more.
