If devs want to rebalance factions, easiest quick-fix would be making Shadowmeld out-of-combat only. Poor PVP design having one racial eclipsing most of the others.
Racial only effect 1% of the game play. Stop blaming racial. You obviously not the top 0.1% if you need to complain on here.
If there’s an overrepresentation of a chosen race for its ability to mitigate a cast, then it’s not as insignificant as you make it out to be. You’re just like the humans who defended their racial when it was effectively a second trinket.

Racials should just be flavor or disabled in PvP. They are horribly balanced.

vood elves can voidmeld, blood elves can bloodmeld, dwarves can frostmeld, humans can spiritmeld, tauren can earmothermeld, etc.

Well since they’re so fond of trees, make shadowmeld still stealth and remove from combat, but also apply a root of 3-5 sec duration to add a downside to it, that way opponents can prevent any potential return to stealth by rogues/druids by AOEing or allowing mages/hunters to set up ring/trap as a consequence.
They need to make shadowmeld a 1 second immunity. (like that priest fade pvp talent)
Its too powerful and versatile to leave it as it currently is, which contributes to the horrendous faction imbalance.
