Yeah. She’s a human female in her humanoid form and her voice is feminine in her dragon form. She is definitely a “she”.
If we do get a Light and Void expansion, it’d be awesome as a home base to be completely honest. That said, lore-wise, the city is supposed to be very, very reclusive, outsiders / non-citizens are not particularly welcome at this time.

It’s on the launcher for me as well, just double checked.
One of the news tabs is titled “Shadowlands: Take a day trip to Tazavesh, the Veiled Market” and fails to mention Chains of Domination or 9.1 anywhere.
But that doesn’t say “go to Tazavesh now” like you’re implying. They’ve done these kinds of articles plenty of times.

If you click the news on the launcher it takes you right to the article that does not mention “coming soon” or anything of the sort.
All I did was post what it said and mention what it omitted.
Only mythic? Is this Blizz’s attempt to run off another half-million regular players? Kind of reminds me of how many of my friends have quite playing because of all the “worthless transmog crap that we hate” Blizz thinks is a reward instead of a punishment.

This is how they have rolled out mid-expansion dungeons for a few expansions now. I am sure it will eventually release a heroic or normal version down the road, like they have done with past expansions.
