It’s on the General forum now:

October 13th for pre-patch, no date for launch.

Thanks, Xanyunho. It is a domino effect where everything has to wait for the initial announcement. Now that it has happened those pages will be updated as well.

Will this delay the delivery of the Collector’s Editions that have been pre purchased, and why does Fanatics have no idea that it was supposed to be available the 13th?
