Zero Draenei eye color options really bugs me especially given that purple should be a for sure option due to lore as well as character art, plus adding a few more colors in addition to purple wouldn’t hurt Blizzard any.

Can you guys separate human scars from the face/skin colors. All the other races can have scars with whatever face or skin tone they want.

Honestly I don’t believe Blizzard has any intention of giving us a prepatch release date. I don’t know why they refuse to. but this game needs it badly. Get us off BFA already. seriously. I’m expecting prepatch to release Sept 29.

This is one of my most anticipated additions to the game, though I wish you would add more to races like Dark Iron Dwarves. I don’t believe they receive anything extra in terms of customization in Shadowlands and there were already not too many choices to pick from.

Thank you Blizzard, these are great changes, one of the most relevant things on the new expansion in my opinion. I’m ready to spend hours on character creation screen!

Are you going to fix the lighting in the barber shops, too? It’s still pretty awful, even with all these great improvements to the system.

Yea this has been a big issue for me on the ptr. The lighting is inconsistent from barber to barber. The most neutral and “true to in-game” lighting that let’s me actually see the colors I am picking properly is only found in Netherstorm’s Cosmo Wrench of all places >_< Why there’s even a barber chair there I’ll never know but what I do know that’s where I plan to go for my customizations to make sure they look right.
Area 52’s barber is nearly as good as the Cosmo Wrench one (again… no clue why they have one but cities like Silvermoon, Exodar, Darnassus and Thunderbluff don’t). But the rest, the lighting varies wildly and it affects how the colors appear until you’re done and already paid.

We NEED fixes for nightborne. They are not acceptable in their current condition still. They look nothing like their NPC counterparts in game. Not to mention the heritage armor doesn’t look like anything else the nightborne are wearing in game. Feathers and a leather couch!

Is the Alliance one any better? I know the one in Orgrimmar is basically lit like a dungeon. There’s one maybe okay seat, and the rest are so dark that they’re next to useless. 
The only barbers with good lighting on either faction are the ones in Netherstorm at Area 52 and Cosmo Wrench At least they are both neutral. The rest are either too dark or the lighting discolors everything.

Worgens needs more options blizzard. We have the absolute least amount compared to other races. Even less if you play a dk, which then leaves us with just the fur options.

Before you post articles about stuff, maybe you should finish the customizations. Just sayin… Lot of core races are very unfinished.

Way to screw over worgen players who got nothing new and exciting compared to other races.
All we got are six new fur colors and three eye types that has a clunky interface with glow effects that are way too oversaturated. THAT IS IT.
Another promised failed again…
Things you could have given worgen:
New hairstyles (We received none, everyone else got new ones)
New ear options (Only males received 1 new type, females got NONE; A nice ear option with the ears on top of the head like the alpha models would be really nice.)
Pure Black Fur Option ( You gave us white, why not a true black?)
Upright posture for male and females
Bite Scar options that transcend into human form as well, available to only worgen players
Victorian/Gothic jewelry again which transcend into human form and only available to worgen (I mean, they are harvest Witches which is kind of like a pagan theme)
Snout Options (Because… Vulpera? I mean, this would be neat)
Mane Options (Make it so the mane can have its own set of customization via braids, ponytails, feathers)
Fang Options (Ability to hide fangs, have larger fangs, have a broken fang option, or perhaps a tooth ring?)
Roses for hair/mane (Tauren gets flowers, Gilneans are about roses and stuff like that you know.)
Raven feathers too? Because… Gilnean and Harvest Witches.
OF COURSE THE MOST IMPORTANT - TAIL OPTION
Blizzard, seriously, why do you constantly keep giving worgen players the shaft? You know if you made them more appealing and stop screwing them over, more people would pay to race change to be them. That means more money.
I just do not understand why Blizzard is so silent when it comes to worgen and their player base. I am honestly sick of this cold shoulder treatment. Why do you even want our feedback if you continue to ignore us?
