The “chinstrap” facial hair option needs to be moved down on to the jawline, rather than above. It currently looks like the dude doesn’t know how to shave.
Rename “Full Beard” to what it actually is, “circle beard”
better yet, give Male Belves an ACTUAL full beard.
I love the new skin tone options but sadly I feel like a Latino skin tone is needed. It looks fine on females but on males the skin tones are much pales. For example, on the PTR, the number 10 option is significantly darker than the number 10 option on males. I think to resolve this either make the males’ skin tone match the female’s or add a darker option somewhere between 10 and 11.
Please make this happen Blizz! It’s time for Latino representation too!
I was really hoping for some golden jewelry for Night elves to reflect Azshara (the only option I actually wanted). Oh well I guess you can’t have everything. Maybe one day though
Personally, I’m looking forward to having a solid true black-furred worgen with a tail whose druid forms are just his worgen form for tanking and DPSing! And in his human form, he has tattoos and a stubble for facial hair.
I’m also looking forward to making a void elf with normal-colored hair and a tattooed Kul’tiran, as well as a male draenei with big horns and blue-green eyes!
First I wanna say that these customisations look amazing, and I’m happy for the people that play these races. It’s always great to have more choices.
Which brings me to my second point. It feels kinda awful seeing posts like these as an Allied Race main. We are getting the short end of the stick heading into Shadowlands. Hopefully they get to us eventually too.

Meanwhile me, a dk, literally only gets fur options, and nobody say human customization either, because very few worgens actually even touch their human form. We want actual worgen customizations.
New hair style, scar options, jewelry, give us a optional tail blizzard. We have the absolute least amount of new options compared to all the other races.
Before you say we just got a updated model, goblins got even more options than even male blood elves, and they got their updated model same time as us.
Just look at how much a tail would add for us. #GiveWorgenTail
I’m keeping fingers crossed for an allied race customization pass in 9.1! Player Nightborne in particular need a ton of work and to be showered with customization goodies when the time comes for making them wait this long to look even remotely like their NPC’s!
I think theyre getting to us mid expac and theyre focusing on non allied races first, although i feel like they should at least have given nightborne a new hairstyle or hair color
I seriously hope not. There are some races that really didn’t get as much as other races (like Undead, Worgen, Gnome.) I’d like to see some more options for those races at least.
Dear Blizzard, WOLVES DO NOT HAVE VERTICAL SLIT PUPILS. THEY HAVE ROUND PUPILS. Reflecting the beast within wouldn’t have slit pupils, because worgen are not cat-people.
Now please give us frelling tails if you want us to reflect the beast within, and some decent fur color options like, I don’t know, solid true black and the ability to tank and DPS in my worgen form using my claws.
Worgen are not cats - I don’t want vertical slit pupils and I don’t want stripes. That’s fine that we have those now, whatever, but I want to be a wolf, not a cat-man with a big cat nose and floppy weird bat ears. Let me have a tail and let me rage like a werewolf.
