A good marker for a trolling comment is to comment on an old thread. Not quite a necro, but certainly not an active thread. And commenting in a fashion that serves no purpose save to elaborate on your opinion of Blizzard’s business practices. It is unconstructive, plain and simple, therefore completely unnecessary.

It’s probably because you are using derogatory comments. You can have your difference of opinion, but you need to drop the name calling and hostility.

That comment wasn’t calling anyone out. It’s a troll because you bumped a thread from September with something that is simply not constructive. The “LOL they make enough money for X” does nothing to promote a productive discussion, especially in a thread that was inactive.
Yes and no. In general, part of support for a product also includes accepting feedback for that product. That doesn’t mean any person who works for that company is there to receive that feedback.
We have specific locations that you can submit feedback/suggestions if you wish.
Our Customer support team isn’t here to accept feedback and suggestions, they are here to help with issues that might arise with accounts and services with accessing and playing the game. This forum specifically is here to help folks with support related matters.
