So I am a returning player and trying to get some transmog gear that I already have received before with the Fae(queensguard gear full set in my bank but can’t transmog my current gear to look like it). I am exalted with the Fae but can not enter the Heart of the Forest. It just kicks me out. What am I missing?
Does the character you are trying to get in to the area, have the Wild Hunt as it’s chosen covenant?
I believe the rep went warband, account wide. Rep alone does not give access.

I believe Kozzae is correct, it looks like you are a member of the Kyrian at the moment. As you are not a member of that covenant, they aren’t willing to let you in.

But the good news is that any services available to non-covenant members are available in the little village outside the tree. Where the non-covenant-member flight path is.
(If you had been a covenant member, you would have flown directly onto a flightmaster platform practically within the big tree itself.)

Also make sure you are renown 80 with the covenant on at least one character. That should allow you to use the transmog Warband wide afterwards.

Looks like I was the wrong covenant lol sadly a simple fix but the reason I was trying to get in was to get transmog gear of the queens guard gear but I already have it but it is not allowing me to transmog my gear to appear like the queens guard armor. Not sure what else I can do to fix it besides buy the gear again even though I saved it in my bank.
Are you renown 80 with the Nightfae Covenant on one character in your warband?

Adding to this: when SL reps got made account wide, they also got reset to neutral. OP, any chance that’s what happened to you?
In some cases. But worth considering as a possibility, I suppose. Looking at the profile of the posting character, that’s not the case here. Exalted in a couple of covenants, Revered in a few… not zeroed out (or if so, rebuilt rather well).

Ohh also, are you using the right armour type? Those sets weren’t cosmetic so you can’t transmog cloth onto leather and such. Not sure which version you have and what character is trying to transmog.
Edit: Also, double check your filters on your transmog and make sure its just not being hidden by one.

Those actually aren’t the covenants. The covenants you can’t actually view on the Armoury here, they just don’t show up. They also don’t have the standard Neutral → Exalted reps, they are just numbered 1-80 renown levels.
The reps that show up on here are the zone reps anyone can get no matter what Covenant they joined.
The Covenants are just named after the big faction in each zone basically. Necrolords for Maldraxxus, Venthyr for Revendryth, etc.
Shadowlands had a lot of systems heh.
It’s actually kind of a pain to see where stand renown wise with each group now. You gotta speak to an NPC in each hub after joining the Covenant.
That said, I don’t think OP is renown 80 with any/all or the Covenants as they don’t have the proper achievements.
Edit: I wrote all this under the assumption that you thought the zone reps were the Shadowlands Covenants reps. I realize I might be mistaken on that and that you were just meaning their reps didnt get reset.
I’m gonna leave it up for future people who stumble upon this and it may prove useful. Cause yeah, Shadowlands had a lot going on.
