Shadowlands non raid content is apparently a minigame for mythic raiders to abuse

LFR shouldn’t reward raid looat of any level, much less tier.

See the comment right above yours.

I wasn’t talking about pvp. Pvp is way too unbalanced in every mmo that has ever attempted it. You cant really have gear and pvp, imo. And theres no true cc immunity allowing chain stunning, etc. Plus rogues exist? Pvp in wow… idk how anyone takes it seriously.

I was talking about high keys. In some cases, exponentially harder than mythic raid content by leaps and bounds

???

Not sure what your full idea is of your stance. But I do know that they fixed all of the issues with PvP gear in WoD and then dumpstered the idea. PvP gearing worked fine between Cata - WoD

WoW PvP has been better balanced than GW2 PvP and GW2 PvP has locked stats

I guess I should say rng. Nobody should ever have to go into pve in a pvp game if they dont want to. Gear should never decide a fight of evenly skilled players. Mmos dont even come close to this.

Almost every MMO does this

And if they don’t no one plays them the ones that don’t

I mean, that’s kinda my point lol

Had to correct that one; just woke up

Which is part of the reason why they made PvP gearing for quite some time up until Legion to be easy to acquire. So that scenario of 2 evenly skilled players is exactly what happened.

My god, where do you live

yeah. a forum that blizzard actually listens to. unlike this brick wall they gave the rest of the players to scream at.

Australia my friend

I’m not sure if you’re looking for me to agree or disagree, but I would say they should get better gear for increased difficulty. Which has been my argument the entire time. I have nothing against that.

Can we upgrade conquest gear with conquest Point like the honour gear? If we could after farming enough conquest maybe we get max ilvl from it?

I thought I had read at one time that Torghast was going to be a place where you could go and have fun either by yourself or with a group, and that as you progressed, you’d collect rewards.

I guess they changed that? I don’t see the point in doing it then.

Their progression was making bank in their garrisons

You do, legendary mats and cosmetics I believe. Which should be great given how much people liked the mage tower

I want pets, mounts, and gear upgrades if I am going to do Diablo style rifts in WoW.

Anyone else notice, Ralph starts a controversial argument then stops talking to let the community fight?

But I’m going to be honest the people complaining about mythic feared people one shotting others is just funny to me.
PvP no matter the game or style there will be an unfairness to it. In vanilla, a naked lvl 30 rogue can CC chain a fully raid geared lvl 60 and kill them. A mage will kite a melee to death. Later as DR came to be it became gear wise. Guess what, you put more work in then yea stuff becomes easier. Better yet earlier was the complaint of the population how horde dominates alliance. If you don’t want to die in open world, then don’t turn on War Mode. If you complain because someone who puts more time and effort in the game beats you then spend time and effort to get better yourself. To the people that complain but don’t do anything themselves to change it; reality check, the world is unfair. Stuff isn’t handed to you.

PvP is learning how other classes play. What to CC. Who to focus and when. When to use abilities and when to practice patience. It’s a battle of skill and mind to out play your opponent

Mythic + and raiding honestly are the same but with different number of people. It requires coordination. Learning mechanics and how to get around them. How to play with them. Knowing your own class does and your role you are meant to provide.

Doesn’t matter what you play but it comes down to the better players didn’t get their in a day. Mythic raiding can take years to go up the ranks of guilds just because there is more and more stuff you learn and get better at as you rise higher. The same PvP and Mythic +
