It’s that simple:
Nothing is fun about it
Raiding is boring, no loot makes it even worse.
PVP is a complete joke, if you don’t play the 5 broken FOTM classes you just get stomped on.
Mythic+ are unrewarding.
If you have fun playing a broken OP class, good for you. But the majority of people on this game hate it.
I’ve had a number of mythic raiding guilds in the past: They are all gone, none of them are playing Shadowlands.

Yet I’m loving it and so many more as well. Maybe you’re wrong? Maybe we are? Maybe everyone is wrong?
Or you just want attention because YOU don’t like it and want catered to? Who knows. Best way to effect change is get a job there as a dev. These posts grow, swell regardless of what Blizzard does.
I’m sorry that your experience of the game isn’t fun. I’m still enjoying it, myself.

Currently player numbers are almost back down to pre Shadowlands launch. So yeah a lot of players seem to think it’s not fun enough to keep playing it after a few months.

Go ahead and call it that just because you don’t want it to be true. But it seems to follow all of the player and guild activity that I’ve seen.
Depends what you call fun, am having a blast
Which is great. I would like to see all of the class and balance issues addressed and then it would be fun for a lot more people. But Blizzard keeps adding all of the crazy systems which makes it impossible. Then players get frustrated with all of them and stop playing.
I would like to see Blizzard stop with the systems and just add more open world content, dungeons, raids, and PvP arenas and battle grounds.

I’ve seen plenty of great DH PvPers. Don’t be poopy.
They’re increasing loot drops by 33% and making it that weapon tokens drop more frequently.

I don’t get it. The chart you linked shows healthy population. In fact, the list on the page you linked shows the highest number of subscribers ever at 3.2m (since they started keeping track 5 years ago). And on the chart, if you go back 5 years, the game has as many players now, even after the post-expansion drop than all previous expansion release spikes.
I don’t know. I enjoy it some days and other days question why I’m still subscribing. I enjoy the people in the guild, I don’t really care for raiding anymore, once I get aotc I’ll probably be done until next tier.
It just feels forced, I don’t enjoy that for three weeks I’ve personally looted one item from H raid. Nearly everything I have higher than 213 is from the vault. And I’m only 212 equipped.
I’m at a point where pugging in to keys now, I’m no longer fighting against 6-800 io players, I’m now fighting for spots in 15s with 1300+ io players, so pugging has drastically slowed down. And it’s hit or miss if I pug my own keys, just like everyone else.
I don’t want to be spoon fed, but I also want to feel like my time is being spent meaningfully, and that isn’t the case every day.
I miss places like timeless isle, or other areas they added in prior expansions where it felt like there was more to do. But maybe that’s just me, not a fan of boreghast and TC just seems like forced rushed content that could of been so much more, but it’s still young, so who knows where they will take it.
So I’m on the fence, happy and not happy.
