Shadowlands has to be the DUMBEST grind I've ever done

Shadowlands did have high initial sales (due to hype), but it objectively almost killed the game. The active players dropped lower than they ever had in the past. That’s objective fact, not just “forum echo chamber”.

I’ve asked many times for numbers to back this up but we never see them. At one point someone put up some numbers but one of the YouTube creators pointed out that those were numbers from Steam or another service and not the entire community.

So are there numbers showing a dramatic decline in subscriptions during SL? IF so, where?
