I’ve tried entering the code from the CE edition of Shadowlands and I keep getting an error and it won’t work.

Hmm, that seems to be associated with a code possibly belonging to a different region. The Collector’s Edition you purchased was for North America?

Yes it was for North America, I purchased it from Gamestop in Texas.
So of course it just worked, lol. Thanks for trying to help me out.
