ShadowLands and quitting

Im thinking that shadowlands may possibly make me quit playing after 15 years ! Why ? well one the lvl sqwish!

I think the level squish is something that needed to be done. Because keep on we would be pushing the levels up and up . When would it stop? When we hit level cap 200?

I see where you’re coming from. I’ve never been a fan of the idea of a level squish. Just feels like you’re losing years of progress when you see that number go down.

But I personally wouldn’t quit over it.

Wait, you care about a number rather than the power attained by hitting max rank? a number next to our character is worthless. It doesn’t do anything.

I will put money on people not understanding scale in this thread.

Quitting cause of level squish makes as much sense as quitting because blizzard has tuned down our HP and damage twice now.

Elaborate maybe? The level squish is extremely good for the health and future of the game. What makes it seem bad as opposed to how things are right now?

Squishes in general are upsetting and kind of a bad system. But they said “NAAAW, GET SKWISSH BABEE”

I’m just not a fan of the concept. People can like and dislike different things. I’ve never complained about it. Not quitting over it. Just not a fan. Nothing wrong with that.

It’s not but people are hung up on a number. Provided I feel just as strong against the world then as I do now, I wouldn’t care if they reduced it even more.

I’m not having a go at you for your opinion, it just seems odd to me that people would care about a number that much. Each to their own I suppose.

There will be good things and bad things about the level squish. Such is life. I don’t see it as a reason to quit.

The level squish does not make me happy but I’m not quitting over it.

Doesn’t make sense, squishing levels is at most hours to weeks of loss when we consider how much time it takes to lvl a character to a current expansion (depending on the expansion at time). We actually lose years of progress when a new expansion hits and everything reset.

I mean i prefer level squish over stat squish …

Nothing like comparing 2 screenshots , lvl 90(mop b4 stat squish) , 3 million dps vs lvl 120(bfa release) doing 15k dps …
