As of today the Shadowform button on the Action Bar (small above main bar) is not functioning. It makes the noise and switches visuals on the button, but the character does not come out of shadowform. Tried different priests, with and without add-ons, no difference. Interestingly /cast shadowform works fine – it’s only the button that fails.

Ui reset is recommended, do you use any action bar mod that might change the stance bar?
It’s not limited to shadowform as warrior stances have the same problem. Druid forms and rogue stealth both toggle as intended. This is replicable on the 11.1 ptr too, so it’s simply a bug.
I have the same issue. What worked for me is /cast shadowform . You can toggle it on or off.
This is still happening. I had to right-click the Shadowform icon in the upper right corner of my screen to turn it off.
