As of today I have noticed that when pressing Shadowform on my priest, the icon changes from the orb (indicating it will de-activate when cast), it only re-applies, and doesn’t toggle Shadowform, but changing the icon to the Shadowform Icon. Only way currently to remove the form is to right click the buff on the buff tracker.
However, this only seems to be the case when using Shadowform from the Stance Bar. Functionality seems to be working properly when used from other hotbars, and the skill book itself.
I don’t recall the functionality of the skill working that way, so I am assuming such is a bug. I have tested without addons, without glyphs and with Glyph of Shadowy friends. Remains the same with said tests.

You’re correct in that assumption; prior to 11.1 the stance bar could be used to toggle Shadowform. I’m agreeing that it seems to be a bug, given the behavior when trying to remove Shadowform via the stance bar button.

Same here for all five of my shadow priests. Once shadow form has been engaged, when the game indicates it’s toggled off, it’s not actually toggling off.
Try /cast shadowform , that’s what worked for me.
Especially since when you turn on Shadowform, the icon changes to the indication of an active ability/effect, but when you go to click it again, the icon returns to the way it was before activation but the visual effect still remains, same with the 10% DPS buff. Does not feel like this was an intentional a change, especially since this wasn’t mentioned in the patch for Shadow Priest, and using /cast shadowform as Nereia suggested has it work the way it did before 11.1
