Your system says it takes Mastercard. I have Mastercard. I try to resubscribe my account and the system wont allow me. I know I have the funds on my mastercard account. Still yet it fails to go through every time i try to resubscribe. Please fix the issue and communicate with me at {Removed}. please and thank you.
Firstly, please remove your email address from your post-- this is a public forum and there’s no telling what sort of unscrupulous sorts might be lurking. Clicking the pencil icon at the bottom of your post will allow you to edit it.
Secondly, are you getting a specific error when trying to resubscribe? Have you tried subscribing through the Blizzard Launcher? Used multiple web browsers?
Yeah, it would be a good idea to edit your post and remove the email address immediately.
Billing issues are not resolved on the forums. You need to submit a support ticket to Billing, under the problem with purchase (or words to that effect) category.
If you describe what is happening when you attempt to resub however, people here may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue.

What we can do is try to help troubleshoot whatever issue you may be experiencing. I second Ekon’s question in, are you getting any kind of error?
Have you tried using a different browser? Cleared your browser’s cookies/cache? Is it a standard MasterCard or is it a special one that you add money to to make purchases? Not all types of cards can be used, so there may be some restrictions depending on how the card works.
Could be your browser. The system doesn’t like Google Chrome, for instance. I think Internet Explorer works, though I haven’t needed to use it for awhile.
