Severed Strands Raid Buff

I completed the Nerub’ar raid buff quest after submitting 16 Nerub’ar Finery, however, the raid buff “Severed Strands” still shows as 0% damage/healing increase for me. I tried re-logging, switching characters, etc. but nothing worked. Is it currently a bug?

Same thing here. 0% damage and healing. Kind of hard to test if the tooltip is bugged or its just not working.

same here. 16 finery turned in, 0% severed strands buff. dont make me waste 2 weeks of currency here…fix this.

Same thing for me, on top of that I managed to get an extra finery somehow, sitting at 1/16 after turn in.

Seems there are many conflicting reports on this, as there are others saying they see the measurable 2.25% increase with the buff tooltip being a visual bug only. Maybe re-entering the raid causes it to activate properly?

Unfortunately, the tooltip doesn’t update and looks like it’s bugged remaining at 0%, however the damage and healing buff does appear to be working as intended.

From testing, various spells inside the raid and outside the raid…

Same here. Turned in quest, tooltip still says 0%. Tried re-entering raid, but no change.
