Hello Blizzard Support, I set up a ticket almost 24 hours ago but I haven’t heard back from anyone regarding my issue. I am not sure about the expected wait time for tickets but hopefully, I can get some help resolving my issue.
Make sure that the ticket went through correctly by verifying you can see it on your Tickets page.

Yeah the ticket is showing up as Opened but nothing so far. Hopefully soon I’ll get a response.
As long as the ticket it open, they’ll get to it. Ticket times are a bit longer than usual due the increased number of players at home and many Blizzard employees working from home due to the pandemic.
Response times for most issues are around 24-36 hours. A Game Master should be able to help. As a note, we aren’t generally able to transfer game time, but we can likely refund the purchase so it can be applied to the other license.
