No, they’re dragging their feet because they are making a killing from people who are buying character transfers.

Its a reality there are over 5,000 people in que right now on area 52 do you see more then 80 people actually saying anything on the forum?
And thats even a bigger problem of how bad corporate capitalism treats their customer. They have such a habit of not caring about you/ their customer that we know better than to voice our discontent because we know nothing is going to come out of it.
Also I dont blame them. There was barely any answers from blizzard in the last 36 hours, they won, their customers stopped complaining for the most part.
The reality is, they know ppl will complain today. But they will play the game tomorrow any way. That’s why on every expansion, the same things happened over and over. They are aware of the issue, but they are also aware, ppl are going to continue playing any way… It’s sad how they do, but it’s the reality…

I’d rather just be able to login than transferring. But if there wasn’t other option, I’d do it.
But honestly. I’m so tired to sit here after a days work just wanting to play the expansion I purchased 1 year ago and get welcomed by an endless queue… Yesterday I even waited… 2 whole hours… But then I was so tired and that I played 20 minutes and went to sleep.
The only time I’m able to play for a bit is early in the morning, before work.
It’s a disrespect with over a decade old customers. Every single expansion is the same.

Yea I just had a forum mod tell me that he didn’t believe me that I’ve been in queue for 3 hours and counting still. Meanwhile I have friends streaming on discord logging in with zero queue at all. Same Server Same Faction. Why do some accounts have priority over others? He told me I was lying. Why would I waste my time on the forums if I was in game. Clueless. How out of touch are these people?

Same here, preordering the xp 8 months ago, epic edition, six months subs, almost all the shop mounts, really hyped for sl and get that great wall in front of my eyes just when leaving the office. Yesterday 2 hours queue, logged at midnight and fall in deep sleep on my desk. today 5k queue, 260min. sad.

the game can’t handle a global auction house - I have no idea what the heck you are doing in the game that you feel the need for 50,000 of ‘x’ herb posted.
I’m really considering coming back next week and just avoid all this stress.

can’t be doing too much as it is now day three and I am still +5k in queue same as I was at launch. maybe, just maybe increase realm capacity some more. i know this is a crazy idea, but hey maybe it will work. the problem is that stupid can’t be fixed and it is running rampant in some places.
