No, the realm status page does in fact, not work. It’s defunct and hasn’t been used or updated since 2021. Straight from the horse’s mouth. Or the centaur’s mouth.
I usually don’t even bother to log in until I see people on my friend’s list actively in realm and zone, then I know it SHOULD be safe to log in then.

Idk what to tell you, when I got up last week red X’s across the board (I check from Blizz app) but later green checks across the board. Like I said, it hasn’t let ME down, until this week at least

They probably bring them back online to run “sanity” checks before they actually open them up for us to join.
