Out of curiosity, what does that yellow triangle with the ! in the middle of it underneath your Battle Tag show if you hover over it?

Now things are starting to make sense here… I bet that’s it. I’m so used to the way things typically look on this launcher that I can’t even see what’s missing and why. Extra sets of eyes works every time.

That could very well be the issue as Ayukama posted. You are not currently logged into the Launcher it seems.
BattleNet is not down. It’s just Retail WoW.

Just to double check, Mercanix, can you click on the dropdown at the Battlenet symbol.
Click Settings and make sure that your language says English (US).
Also, make sure that you logged into the Americas when logging into Battlenet.

Well I’m all sorted here! I’ve got my ETA, my proper support page with ETA List, my copy-paste link text working, (was using the Hyperlink instead of the Preformatted text before), so this has been productive.
