I’m actually been experiencing lag since 11.1 began and it got worse every weekend game crashing due to large lag spikes and everything is up to date

They should just leave an open thread 24/7 at this point with how many server issues have been going on for the past few weeks.

Theres no easy ddos prevention if there was this would never happen. Surenit sounds good on paper in reality not so much.

Got kicked and now it takes time to login and as soon as it says logged, it disconnects.

Same Thing 20 years later. You’d think the Dev’s would learn by now. Get logged in, run a hungred yards and get kicked out.

It’s not just the game servers, the forum servers are lagging hard all week as well.
I don’t like this anymore than the next person, but attacking Blizzard isn’t a solution. The best DDOS protection in the world can be overcome by a knowledgeable person with the right motivations. This is the fault of a single person/entity who has a grudge against Blizzard. You should be mad at them.

Same, I’m just riding it out completely. In the meantime, I’m stocking up my Steam and PS5 game libraries.
Folks, our teams were on top of this pretty much the instant it started.
It does take a little time to mitigate.
Seems to be starting to clear up, but restarting your system if you got bumped - and waiting on a queue when you do get in is pretty normal on a weekend with a lot of folks trying to get in at once.
I do apologize for the inconvenience, they are actively monitoring this as we speak.
