I appreciate the reply from at least an MVP.
Hotfixe’s for the raids, great! However, the problem is much broader than just raids. My question would be - why single out one part of the game that has lag issues and only fix that? Why are other areas that people enjoy, not even getting a look at or even a peep? (presumably)
Major input lag and increased ms by over 200 since patch. No fix still. Bricked multiple keys. Game is unplayable.
truuuuuuue. even just sitting in dorn or trying to do things in the world is trash gameplay because of this + the spikes that come. some "MVP"s tried making post on other topics about the same thing trying to tell people that it’s their ISP which is not helpful when it’s proven to not be that. take some responsibility please, these patches have only gotten worse over the past couple of weeks lol it’s unreal

Still nothing on this - EBG lag is off the rails on large team-fights, full raid World Bosses are the same, just lag lag lag…
Yeah it’s so bad I have to close the game just to make it playable again, if I can log back in fast enough. Waiting seconds for an ability to cast, but the timing is off and the target is now behind me, or I’ve been dead for two minutes and the game hasn’t caught up yet. It’s at the point now where every single game is a lagfest.
Yeah, no improvement in the input lag issue. Some classes can barely play in big team fights.
Before any MVPs chime in, this happens to me on 2 pcs on 2 different isps, with or without addons.
11/10/24 – Lag is still a major issue. I’m able to move around, but everyone else stops in place, and no healing/damage shows up.
I can’t think of a single individual that I’ve spoken with that doesn’t have this exact experience. Since we pay to play the game, you would think that blizzard Entertainment would post something about the issue and at least acknowledge there’s an issue and let us know that they are working to find a solution. Sadly, that’s not the case so far. I’m not sure what it’s going to take to get them to listen and address the issue.
Thank you all for your posts, it is at least comforting to know it’s not a problem specific to me or my 2 computers, both of which used to run the game smoothly. My raid team was working on heroic queen ansurek on saturday and my frame rates kept dropping to low teens or even single digit at inopportune times.
I’ve limited my ebg play to rarely. It unplayable for the most part. WG and Isle Hanger I cringe when they pop. So I’ve been leveling up TW alts and today that’s lagging like crazy.
Day to day, week by week - you’ll hemorrhage players that cannot tolerate these Indie-company level lag issues.

It’s not just PVP, people lock up and have to relog in raids too, open world dc’s are still a thing. They haven’t fixed anything as far as I can tell.
These issues are STILL occurring!
I am experiencing similar issues on any load screen with my War band characters, the load screen time on any portal or dungeon is 40 seconds or greater. My non war band toons are fine going in a portal and coming out no wait time at all . What is going on Blizzard you want me to just up and quit after 18 years? Yes I have turned off all my addons , turned off all guild messages updated video drivers and still since last patch this is happening. So disgusting to put up with this. This happening on my level 80 toons.
Just back from a few days away and the lag has gotten really bad everywhere.
Silence is not bliss in this regard, why is this being ignored?

Home MS is about 30 but world MS would spike to 4000 sometimes. I don’t get disconnected, I can run around but all damage and spell casting stops, mobs and other players stop moving too.
I started noticing it happening when Classic Timewalking started on retail. But it’s been happening on repeat in all raids, mythics, and dungeons now. Game takes about 60 seconds to 5 minutes to come back around. ALT F4 and a restart of game fixes it for about 30 seconds.
Latency has been going crazy for about a month and a half, server side, rubber banding, Auto loot working 1 time out a 5 times. WHEN will blizzard gonna fix these problems? answer NEVER, blizzard will just blame the player base and sweep the problems under the rug, business as usual…
