Just like the title says. I had 3/3 Expansive Mind, then I server transfered and now its 1/3. Is this intentional or just a bug that should be fixed; if not compensated for if I choose to spend the points again to get the 3/3 buff back.

Ty! I didn’t see that, so I’m good to spend away to get back to 3/3 and it will be compensated upon the fix, which, heck might even be today.
