I bought and used a server transfer to stormrage but It’s been 1 hour I’m waiting to complete and someone sends me an e-mail in the middle of processing…
Will it take that long?

By email, do you mean in-game mail? Because it’s very possible that it will cause the character transfer to fail.

Yeah, I received an e-mail in game. But I had already made the transfer 40 minutes ago before received the e-mail.
Unfortunately, until that transfer completes the mail would have gone to the original character.
I’d recommend putting in a ticket using the Purchase Failure option. Let them know that your character received mail, which may have caused an issue with the character transfer.
They should be able to return the mail and cancel the transfer so that you can do it again.
