Purchased a server transfer token and have been waiting for this to process. Please push this through already, I shouldn’t have to wait for it to ‘process’ when you have already taken my money for it.
All digital purchased can take 24 hours. Nobody can push it through for you.

It should list this on purchase then. There is nothing listed that states this other then rough guesses on google with a lot of people reporting they’re essentially instant.
That’s the thing, Landron, we haven’t. That isn’t how the majority of online purchases work. What has happened so far is that you initiated a purchase. Our systems contact your bank to indicate that you want to make the purchase. The bank then checks if you have the funds and then holds those funds while the purchase finishes processing.
At a specific point when everything is approved you’ll receive what you purchased, but we still haven’t “taken the money” as that doesn’t usually happen for 1-2 days after the end of day batch settlement.
I understand the confusion, but how quickly something may process often depends on a few factors. One of them being the method of payment used and the bank associated with it. It shows that it is currently queued. As soon as that moves from that state, assuming the purchase is approved, it should move to completed, which should give you access to the token.

A pending payment with a directly linked bank account generally means its awaiting merchant authorization especially when the payment is reflecting on my transaction list.
