Server transfer & population

I have played Alliance since the start and enjoy it. I have no interest in a faction change and have little interest in PvP or end game content. I have tossed around the idea of a server transfer for years to a server with a more favorable Alliance population - they tend to be few and far between and on the high end population wise. Also, for what it is worth, I have zero attachment to my current server (everybody I have known has bailed over the years).

If I meet all other qualifications for a server transfer for my characters and personal guild bank, are their any further restrictions due to population?

The only restriction would be if the server is tagged as Full and not accepting any character transfers to it.

Beyond that, there shouldn’t really be any other restrictions.
