Placed an order for server transfer from Incendius to Benediction this morning, character screen says character transfer error and I can still log in on Incendius. I’m worried it’s not working and want to be ready for TBC tonight. Any thoughts?

If it’s saying that there’s an error, you’d want to put in a ticket to see if a GM can lend a hand:

Have they replied to your ticket already? What did they say?

No response yet, but it’s only been a few mins and I’m sure that wait time could be 24hrs
FWIW my friend has same issue. We are both still able to log into our chars.

That said, you’ll want to wait and see what they say. There are no GMs on the forums unfortunately, so that’s why the ticket is important.
Again thanks for the advice! It says order completed on my order history. Pretty worried it didn’t work at all.
Definitely doesn’t sound like it worked, It’s weird that it’s showing complete but that you got an error too. Hopefully a ticket will help you to get it cleared up!
Having the exact same issue. Attempted a transfer from Stalaag to Benediction and I have the same error.

Having the exact same issue, I was charged but didn’t get my character transfer. I’m still waiting for my ticket to be answered.

I’m having the exact same issue, I attempted to transfer from server Fairbanks to Pagle. I have been charged but i just see “error was encountered please try later”. I have no mail, under 5k gold.
