the servers arenât the limitation, itâs the game. If you want zero queues then we need to blow up WoW and completely re-do it and make a whole new game.

Ah, come on. The meaning of that statement isnât that hard to get.
There isnât any technology that exists in the current services or easily could be added to fix the problems.
Of course there are technologies out there to handle that kind of problems. But that wonât help, if you have a system that isnât using them and it would take a massive effort to implement them.
Blizzard has $8.8 BILLION in annual revenue. You think those cheap pieces of crap could make improvements to the damn servers, but nope. They would rather make more money off of it. Blizz is trash.
What blows my mind is them saying we donât have the tech to accommodate this⌠Weâve had to tech for a long time. They simply donât want to spend the money making thing compatible. Plenty of other games have a single mega server which is accommodating millions of players at once. Somehow the company with 8 billion annual revenue cannot? Bruh blizzard we arenât dumb stop being so money hungry.
