I too would like to know how to check where my latency is

no UI feature that I am aware of in this client.
But if you copy and past that into where you would chat in game, that will give you the latency value you have to the server.
I wrote a super quick addon to add it to the Game Menu button tooltip after someone reported this in the Bug Report forum.
