for the 2nd time today my game crashed…both times upon restarting computer my main server shows no heroes…im able to load up different servers just fine…and i can tell that the server is working cause i can still see my friends playing on it

ive tried every other server where i have characters and they all work just fine
on the server select screen it says i have 14 characters
when i select a server it semi loads the hero select screen…and by semi load i mean it keeps whatever background the previous server i had loaded had…but the hero list is empty…no shop button…no create character button
unlike this morning where it seemingly resolved after i closed game…nothing seems to be working now…other servers continue to work just fine
