Game Froze/When I Came Back All Chars. Are Gone On List

had not seen this post but im having same issue (2nd time today)

Server is showing up empty (2nd time today)

for the 2nd time today my game crashed…both times upon restarting computer my main server shows no heroes…im able to load up different servers just fine…and i can tell that the server is working cause i can still see my friends playing on it US-Drenden edit - more details ive tried every other server where i have characters and they all work just fine on the server select screen it says i have 14 characters when i select a server it semi loads the hero select screen…and by semi load i mean …
