Server Instability - Communication

Microsoft,

The WoW Hardcore Servers have been unstable for 3 days now, and I have not seen any messages to the community regarding resolution, nor demonstrated commitment to the gaming community regarding these issues.

Defias-Pillager, Classic Hardcore, crashed in the middle of our Zul’Gurub raid last Wednesday 04/23/25.

Are you, the steward of WoW, committed to resolving these instability issues, or are you trolling the masses by purposely allowing your servers to crash during raids?

Please over-communicate to this community your efforts to make World of Warcraft Hardcore servers stable. Your continued silence could indicate your complacency toward the matter.

Can confirm second ticket they don’t care just speaking with my money hardcore is the only reason why I came back but I’m not here to put in my time just to have server issues take it away and blizzard be like yeah pound sound this is part of the immersion of hardcore

You were already told that before creating a toon, before creating a ticket and after receiving a ticket answer though.

Technically, you were told we cannot resurrect a character regardless of the circumstances. You seem to have reopened your ticket for some reason though, Mightmon. I already told you that Customer Support has no involvement in that process, their answer isn’t going to change. They don’t have any information on if or when characters may be restored if lost due to a DDOS.

For any information keep an eye out on the current forum when and if developers make the decision.
