Server Error Sub tab

I am trying to check my Sub page for the date my sub runs out but every time I try to look at it I get this now caution sign with Server Error We couldn’t retrieve some of your information. Please try again in a few minutes flag. Every thing else on my user page loads just fine but not the Sub area.

If you are asking about time/billing date.

Looks like this is set to bill today and has time till the 6th.

That is the issue now and I want to change my payment method this time what am I to do…

Thank you Ekon…but the issue still stands…I wanted to change something and right now its not looking like I can…I don’t want to screw up my account like the last time I changed Debit card cause of a bank issue …I had to use a new one and my 12 month sub was active on the other debit card and cause I removed that card they Blizzard removed my mount and pet I got from the 12 month sub payment deal…I don’t want to go though that again …

Ok, scratch that. There does seem to be an issue they are looking into, so - it’s not you.

Well Orlyia I am not about to lose another mount and pet cause I have to change my card again …I went though that 2 yrs ago with you when my Debit card got changed cause my debit card was lost and I had to get a new one I changed my payment plan and put in new debit card info and boom you took back my mount and pet cause I changed my card…cause I had to change it…I was protecting my account here and at my CU by shutting down the lost card…

Well that is good to know its not me or that other person that is having payment issues.

This needs to be fix now…I don’t want 12 month sub coming out of my Debit card right now …I wanted to change to my CC instead at the end of this sub…I waited this long to change cards cause of what you did to me the last time I changed cards in payment area …you took back my mount and pet from my 12 month sub I had already paid for… World of Warcraft® Subscription - 12 Months $155.88 Pending US1074487889 its pending on my CU now…

Sorry for your bad experience. You could try submitting a ticket to see if the billing department can assist. I’m sure sure if they will respond in time, though.
