Those technical issues that they identified would be " ". The reason that they didn’t communicate them to us would be " ". The reason why they stringed us along for 6-7 hours adding time to their estimate would be " ". I’m not asking for much here, just some communication. It costs them $0 to tell me “we took the servers down to ruin your only day off, and we won’t bring them back up until it’s time to go to work, so go do something else with your day”.

Yes, when you take a multiple choice test, the teacher expects you to select from a-d. If you write in “some issues” you’ll probably get the question marked wrong. I am asking for an answer that actually applies to my questions.
