Server transfers are a paid service. This may come off as condescending, but it is in no way intended so. With the way your post is worded, it seems like you’re asking for them to move your character for you.
Did you attempt and have a payment issue? Was the server not available? What version of the game are you playing? Could you provide more information?
EDIT: also, you may want to self report the name of your current character.
