PVP teams that are server based is so outdated. I find it extremely difficult to find competent people to play with on my server overall. Pvp is also seeming like it is in a bad state already due to how horrible the grind for honor gear is which deters a lot of people into just raid logging instead of endlessly grinding for pvp gear as well.
I feel that if Blizzard would open up a similar queueing system to retail where it is cross realm off of Btags would be a lot more inviting to people looking for partners that are not limited to their realm.
