Imagine complaining about twinks when so many low level battlegrounds have players too lazy to level by other means so they sit on their mount at Trollbane Hall or sit in stealth in WSG or die and never rez but hey, it’s free xp that required nothing other than being present. We can’t forget the bots either. But the real problem with low level battlegrounds is twinks.
I tried a few WSG on my 74 druid last night and the games started 4-6 or 5-7 and stayed that way for awhile. One actually ended in 5 minutes because it never filled. Like it or not, twinks and levelers need each other to keep the queues from becoming like AV on non-AV bonus days.

What happiness is there in life for these Twinkies to have, if they can’t use their gear as crutch to make them think they are good. Shame on you op…your just a visitor passing though their bracket.

BTW…another issue RDF would have help with…lol. The gear aspect of not having to run BGs all the time… but, I digress

Because unironically yes – I am still available to participate in the 39 bracket. The OP will not be. Therefore, for all the crying about “I CANT ENJOY LOW-LEVEL PVP BECAUSE TWINKS”, the OP won’t be around to queue for L39 WSG or AB. However, I’m still there. So once the OP levels-out of the 39 bracket, that’s one less body available to join the queue. So how does the OP help other players who are leveling a character and want to play WSG or AB from Levels 30-39?

You have 9000+ comments, Ziryus, and you’ll post 100+ times in threads about RDF or adding Dual Spec to TBC, so it’s not like you’re shy about responding.
What do you have to say about splitting ~13 low-level PVP queues into ~26 low-level PVP queues? Can we get you on-the-record stating that splitting the low-level queues in ~2010 had zero effect on the number of ‘twink only’ Battlegrounds?

The question is, how many don’t bother going through BGs at all due to Twinkies? Back on my 60 mage ( now 63 lol) this weekend, due to JJ. I expect to die and die alot, even without Twinkies targeting us. Half the team is was below 63.
That being said, the higher levels whined about the low levels. They don’t want people in until 68 or some such, of course you are then 68 with little gear… waiting that long.
It has an effect… people waiting several levels to que or not quing at all (thus available bodies for the bg). If it wasn’t for JJ, the ques take forever anyway.
Just some on here, act like the gear isn’t a huge advantage and everyone else are just baddies.
I took an 80 to run the mage through some dungeons to to get SOME gear. And bought the honor gear. The xp sucked, but just to get something gear wise. No RDF sucked for low level BGs, too. Thank you buzzard, for that decision effecting every area of the game.

I already got all the titles from it on my war and paladin then I stopped playing it because all it is now is a bunch of toxic nerd ragers and I kinda quit it now ftmp in retail so I guess you’re right.
Lol, this is clearly very important to you guys to be able to fight unfairly and then say “no you can make it fair by doing things that will level you out of the bracket or cost a lot of money, just to perform at a level you don’t intend to stay much longer”
I don’t think you’re incompetent based on how you speak and respond but you are either willfully negligent or just straight lying. If blizzard can recognize via their post that twinks have an unfair advantage and we should “deal with it for que times” which is also a false argument because id imagine being roflstomped by twinks deters a rather large number of players from wanting to participate.
There’s nothing impressive about being in bis and obliterating people 5 levels below you. Doing a 5v1 must feel good, but it’s all an illusion of skill because the opposition assumedly who aren’t twinks, melt at your strikes and you take little damage from theirs, it’s not rocket science.
80 has a gear jump yes, but 80 is end game, people who are 80 treat it as end game and strive to get the best gear they can to compete, and full deadly set, vs full furious set isn’t a losing battle based on gear. Greens and random unenchanted and un-modified blues and greens vs someone in bis, treating x9 as if it was end game, is a losing battle. Blizzard understands this but allows it anyway.
So the facts out of the way, the only true argument is que times, which I believe would be unhindered or even improved for the people leveling but one thing for sure, their experience will be a lot more enjoyable in pvp with twinks gone. Truly, keeping them in normal brackets is almost selfish just to please an extremely small community.
oh and to the argument “we will just keep making new characters so we can get bis consistently and continue to one shot people” yes… you could, I leveled almost entirely on bgs in cataclysm, when twinking was since removed prior from normal bgs, and I don’t recall ever seeing anyone doing that, but yes I imagine you could.

Make specific talent trees that default to in bg, that way everyone is equal.
Also give every class a heal that heals the same amount, absorb shields, and their damage abilities that always do set damage, no crits. RNG just isn’t fair.
Also remove keybinds from bgs. It’s not fair that I can’t click faster than they push a key.
Also solo queue only, when people play with others that they know it gives them an unfair advantage.
Nothing about twinking is “unfair”. Regardless if you understand it or not, you have access to all of the same things they do. Just because they chose to utilize more than someone else does not make it “unfair”. If thats the case, anyone in the game with better gear than anyone else has an “unfair advantage”.
