Purposely avoiding any reference to the most common method of purchasing tenders by making direct reference to a less common but more acceptable means of purchasing tenders is lying by misdirection and omission. Examples ARE intended to accurately portray the nature of the situation being discussed, and if examples are chosen solely for the purpose of MISrepresenting the nature of the situation, they are BAD examples.
