No sir and/or madam! Never was offended by anything. Nothing to be offended over. It’s a game. Why do you think I posted beer?
Add traders tender to anything and it becomes a bundle!
They will continue to sell traders tender!
What is stopping Blizzard from doubling or tripling the price on the items in the trading post to incentivize players into buying the bundles so they can afford the trading post?
You can only buy them once.
So, what’s the problem?
Ah yes, people defending Blizzard adding more extreme monetization to a game that has a full AAA box price, an expansion every 2ish years for full AAA box price, with a monthly subscription (and a “free to play” model that is basically getting someone else to pay your monthly subscription plus interest for you), way overpriced service fees, and an already pervasive ingame store.
This is why the gaming industry is in such a terrible state. Because people simply cannot resist opening their wallets so the companies can take everything for doing minimum effort things and spitting in your face as they do so.
What’s stopping them from looking up your address from their records and toilet papering your house?
I dunno man. I guess nothing.
Y’all are so adorable.
Baby’s first foray into online gaming.

Eh… to be fair, this is what f2p MMORPGs do. I’ve never played an MMORPG that’s solely a sub based game that’s pushing into this much monetization. I’m not outraged or anything, but it is tip-toeing that line for a sub only MMORPG, imo.
I’m sorry that my use of a valid plural second person pronoun seems to bother you.
Feel free to substitute your own, since English is a silly language that lacks an official one.
Meh, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it til I’m blue in the face since obviously nobody is listening -
As long as tokens work the way they do now, I don’t consider anything in Blizzard’s shop to be “paywalled”. 100% of the content in game can be earned in game without spending an extra cent. Long as that’s true, I’m never going to see the problem.
It really doesn’t bother me that they sell stuff like transmogs in the store or currency to get them in world in the store. Doesn’t bother me they do the same for old pets or mounts that been discontinued or recolored. I have never cared if they sell them strait up in the store for real money. One they don’t allow you any advantage in game play, it all just a appearance.
What someone does with their own money is their own business, if they want to waste it on a bunch of pixels, so be it. And when you sign up for this game and every TOS you sign you acknowledge that Blizzard can change game play as they please any time they want to.
They literally said that tenders would not be sold standalone but that they would be added to certain bundles/offers.
They’re keeping to their word.
Homies mad they selling tenders when what’s ridiculous is the price of that mog.
Meh, mog price is fine.
But if you don’t want to pay for it. It will end up on the trading post eventually.
I disagree on the price, as I compare all shop mogs to the Celestial Observer mog. But I do agree on not needing to buy it. Those who want to may. I just think it’s a lot for what it is. And I pretty openly whale for this game.
Buy a toothpick and get 5g of weed for free!
Hey I’m not selling weed officer.
Bro how much for like, fifty of those toothpicks?
Oh I get free stuff with them too? Geeze, I just really wanted toothpicks, I love toothpicks so much, man.
But yeah, I’ve seen all this coming, a great game feature, gotta monetize that.
First ease it in with a small transmog and mere 200 tenders.
Then very next month, 500 tenders with a full set transmog.
Then eventually, sell it directly. And you got these “useful people” on forums who will argue for you for free, saying “it’s just one transmog”, “it’s just 200 tenders”, “it’s not standalone”, and they’ll figure something out for when it’s sold directly too.
That kicked the wind out of my sails for retail, at least I started playing the hc thing recently so I’ll keep on that until I’m bored of that.
Retail, farewell.
WTF is with all these censored avatars? You guys in a witness protection program or what?
They haven’t logged on in a long time so the armory profile is disabled.
Yeah, I’m not gonna support this. Blizzard is on thin ice at the moment as it is. Glad I let my sub lapse. I’ll probably stay unsubbed for a couple months longer, too.
