There’s already a book mount now though. I’d rather them put a unique mount on the store.

They should keep the book tied to the tower. The folks who earn it deserve it. Beating all 7 challenges is a tall feat and should be respected as such.

In pre-colonial America, the Tribal Nations upheld a tradition: in order to be recognized as an adult in the eyes of the tribe, each child had to complete the Mage Tower in SL gear. They weren’t allowed consumables, and they only got one attempt each season. It was brutal, but when they succeeded, everyone knew that the child had become an elder by bettering themselves.
And in Sparta, they made the 8-year-olds fight a wolf. Do you know what they have in common? Neither civilization exists anymore. Read a book.

if you learned to do something you were unable to do before, you’ve bettered yourself.
Also, reading is a passive activity. Gaming is active (especially hard difficulities). Reading gives you knowledge but gaming improves cognitive ability.
this is a dumb request (unless they somehow made it equal, and you could also get unique store-rewards by playing; and even then, it’s not that great an outcome anyway).
Everyone needs to stop waiting for things to be handed to them. This is how we got to the point of schools being ridiculously expensive, because parents would rather pay to have their mediocre child in a good college than teach them to be better students and earn their way into said college.
Put Mage Tower on your resume.

Kinda agree. I didn’t mean a recolor, but in-game behind something more accessible. Some really neat detail was put into it and it’s what is missing from a lot of current mounts in-game.
The whole RNG paragon fest or lazy recolors is annoying.
I stated this in another thread, but I actually voted for the book, because I knew a book mount would be DOPE as hell.
If the MT reward for completing all the challenges was the tree? I’d be SUPER nonplussed about getting it.
I get where you are going but “I can read” won’t garner any special attention either.

This was their gameplay all along. They knew majority wouldn’t be able to complete it. More $$ for them from boosts and a recolor of it in the store.

Legion class mounts had a lot of detail. Probably the last time we’ve seen that. Except for a couple of BfA ones.

And it was cool for ex, getting the shaman one [since I played it the most then] and I had another shaman on their class mount ~ took screenshots of us together when someone flew by saying how cool they were.
I like when other people get something I have in this game
