No thanks, I’d rather see new mounts with new skeletons instead of even more recolors.
You replied to me and thallia discussing mounts obtained in-game, not on cash shop. You either are trolling or somewhere else completely in this discussion [lol]
As this thread is about a future mount that will be available in the cash shop, I’d argue it was the two of you who were off-topic. 
That’s never happening. It’s recolors or nothing. Take your pick.

Blizzard. They have shown zero indication that they will ever go back to pre-recolor days.
I would love to be wrong, because unique models are definitely best, but Blizzard sees that as a waste. When a skeleton exists, they want to reuse it as many times as possible to make development easier and faster.
The best we can hope for is several complete aesthetic revisions of each skeleton rather than simple palette swaps like we’ve become accustomed to seeing.
Nothing is wrong with it. But Khronys and I were speaking of the level of detail of mounts we get in game, not the cash shop.
There’s simply a difference between detail level most times. That’s all. It wasn’t about which is better or worse to get a mount. It was merely talking about how mounts we get through gameplay have looked or been obtained over the expansions.

That’s absolutely true. As I said at the beginning of the thread,
I have bought them all, but I can’t say that it’s a good thing the store has the best of the best. It’s greedy is what it is, but that’s corporations in Capitalist America for you. 
Eh, I never cared about the store. It’s small and cosmetics only. They’re obviously going to make them flashy or they wouldn’t sell. That’s fine.
I just came by to have a conversation about how I’m tired of the millions of boring recolors and paragon mounts. I just want my in game mounts to be simple: buy at exalted, a few achievement ones and a few rare drop ones. That’s it. That’s all. Not having a thousand recolors thrown at me.

Honestly, I’d buy a bear form skin for Druid. At this point in my life I’m super casual LFR/DQ keep up with the story WoW player and my skills are not at the point that I’m going to complete the mage tower without hundreds of attempts…and I’d rather just go play my PS5 than do that.
I would like a good looking bear form for the limited content I still do enjoy in this game. I know lots of people hate the store, but I’d gladly pay for the darn thing.

They should just make a mount that’s a literal credit card with the name “I’m a loser” on it for all you plebs that would rather pay than work for things

On this occasion, i’ll rather have them nerf the tower, it used to be way easier when legion was current level content
I mean, we worked for the money we’re using to pay, so it’s still a mount we worked for.

Blizzard originally was going to offer the mount for free but then they decided to lock it behind extremely challenging content
